How to return your purchase

- To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through this return request form.
- Your prepaid return label and return instructions will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the order.
- Please use our box for a return
- Print the label out and carefully follow the instructions.
- Drop off the box at a service point of the delivery company printed on the return label.
