Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and verification. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship or deliver on weekends.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier information.

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. BRUME does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be charged.

We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Please note that international delivery times are estimates only. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control. International shipping and handling fees are subject to change based on order size and destination.

Holiday Delivery Policy

While delivery before the holidays cannot be guaranteed, we recommend placing your order before 12:00 PM on December 18 to increase the likelihood of receiving your purchase before Christmas.
