Refund & Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty (6 Months)
BRUME products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for six (6) months from the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase (original invoice) is required.
If a defect is confirmed, the product or accessory will be repaired or replaced at BRUME’s discretion.
What Is Covered
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including:

Seams that come unstitched after minimal wear

Material discoloration not caused by misuse

Defective hardware or trim (e.g., snap buttons, zippers)
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear or improper use, including:

Damage caused by water exposure or improper care

Soiled products

Worn palms or friction-related wear

Scratches, cuts, burns, or accidental damage

Shrinkage or damage caused by excessive heat

Any other damage not related to a manufacturing defect
Any defect not listed above will be evaluated by BRUME on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Standard Returns

Regular-price items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Promotional or sale items may be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags.
Holiday Extended Returns
Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 on brumeworld.com are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year, provided all other return conditions are met.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
