Leather Gloves and Mittens Collection:
We recommend cleaning light colored leather items only by hand cleaning using a cloth and a mild cleaner specific to leather care. You can find these products and cloths at most shoe and/or shoe retailers. Do not machine wash or dry. Remove pom poms when possible. Suede should not be cleaned.

Knitwear Collection (Fibre Blend):
We recommend hand washing and hanging to dry. Remove pom poms before washing. Do not machine wash and dry.

Although some of our products are water repellent, they are not waterproof. You should avoid excessive exposure to water or moisture. However, applying a wax made from natural products can help maintain water-repellent properties on leather-only products. Look for the water repellent icon to identify styles that can be treated. Avoid applying wax to suede at all times.

All of our products are created in Montreal, Canada. Our production is made in Asia, Europe and Canada.

Allow up to 48 hours for processing and verification. All orders are shipped on business days. We do not deliver on weekends. A shipping confirmation will be emailed at the time of shipment with the shipping confirmation number and tracking information.

Please note, international orders may be charged customs fees by the government of the country of destination. We have no control over how much you will be charged for customs.

We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. Due to the customs process, delivery times are estimates and may take longer than expected. International shipping and handling charges are subject to change based on order size.

Warranty and returns

Yes, BRUME products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of six (6) months following the date of purchase upon presentation of the original invoice. The accessories covered by the guarantee will be replaced at the discretion of the brand.

The following defects are covered by the BRUME guarantee:

• Unstitched seams after the product has been worn only a few times
• Discoloration of the material
• Defective trim (snap button, closure lightning...)

What is not covered:

• Deterioration caused by water abuse, soiled product
• Worn palms of hands
• Scratches, cuts, burns, etc.
• Shrinkage or damage caused by overexposure to heat.

Any other defects not listed will be determined by BRUME

Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 on are eligible for extended returns until January 31 of the following year, if the other return conditions are met.

Return Policy

All items under warranty are eligible for return.

If you are not satisfied with any items you purchased from our site, you may return them to us and receive a full refund.

You have 30 days to return purchased items at regular price and 10 days for items purchased on promotion. Product must be in unused condition in original packaging with price ticket.

Canada and United States

To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through the return request form

Your prepaid return label and return instructions will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the order. We want to reduce waste as much as possible. It is for this reason that our shipments no longer include a prepaid return label inside the box.

Print the label out and carefully follow the instructions.

All refunds will be made to the original method of purchase within 3 days of receipt of goods.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.

To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through the return request form. 

An RA number and return instructions will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the order.

Follow the instructions and coordinate the return with your local postal service.

Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.

All refunds will be made to the original method of purchase within 3 days of receipt of goods.

International shipping fees will not be refunded.


Brume does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

If your gloves, mitts, hat or scarf were not purchased online and are covered by warranty, please return to where you purchased them. The retailer should be able to replace the damaged product. Don't forget to bring your receipt. If the item was purchased on vacation or somewhere different from where you live and is covered by warranty, please email us at with an explanation and photo of the damage or defect.
